When it comes to nutrition there are tons of diets and opinions all over the internet and things can get complicated and confusing quickly. This nutritionists says eat this way, this dietician says you should follow these guidelines. I am not a doctor but I can tell you what has worked best for me in my lifestyle and weight loss journey and that is to eat clean.
What does that mean? To me eating clean means prioritizing eating real whole foods that I have prepared. Avoiding foods that are pumped full of preservatives, hydrogenated oils or other things you can't pronounce. When it comes to nutrition keep it simple and adopt a lifestyle that works for you and aligns with your goals. Remember food is fuel.
